HOW TO ORDER
1. On the page of the item that you would like to order, please click on the ADD TO CART button. If the button is not present, the item is currently out of stock or otherwise not available. Follow the on screen instructions. When you are ready to place your order, click on the CHECK CART button if you are not already in that section. Click the CHECKOUT button and fill in the required information. We will only use your information to fulfill your order. If you do not want to order on-line, please call, fax, or e-mail us between 11am and 7pm (PST) to check on the availability of the item(s) requested.

2. You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order. When your order is shipped, we will send you a notification by e-mail. Please allow up to 2-3 days for an order to be processed. Items immediately available will be shipped out within 24 hours. Please call immediately if you wish to change or cancel an order.

3. We are also able to accept payments by money order in US funds only. Please call, e-mail or fax in your order.

4. All shipping is done by UPS. As they do not ship to Post Office Boxes, please give an address which they can reach. If you receive a damaged shipment, please contact UPS. DO NOT return the damaged goods to us. UPS will pick up the package and return it.

7. California residents will be charged an additional 8.5% sales tax.
